Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

* Due to the value is under $250,000, no information regarding tender results to be released for publication by University of Manitoba. The construction of new interior aluminum framed vestibules at the north and south exits in the ground level link between the Armes Lecture Hall, Parker Building, Allen Building, and Buller Building at the University of Manitoba Fort Garry Campus in Winnipeg, MB. The contract includes the supply and installation of new interior aluminum doors, frames, and glazing. It includes the installation of one power operated door at the south vestibule. It also includes the relocation of two existing fire alarm pull stations. The contract includes the decommissioning of two existing steam heaters below the floor slab, removal of existing grates, infilling the floor, and installing new electric heaters inside the vestibule. Drawings, Specifications, and Addenda will be provided in electronic format and posted on the Bonfire Submission portal at: https://umanitoba.bonfirehub.ca/ Only those companies, who are on the list of Pre-qualified General Contractors of University of Manitoba, are eligible to bid this project.
