Removal and proper disposal of current field lighting and the installation of new light towers, lights and wiring as per the bid specifications. The CITY will issue written clarifications or interpretations by Addenda online at the CITY's ProcureWare website not later than 2:00 p.m. on February 24, 2022. Only information issued by such City written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other clarifications or interpretations will not be binding and will be without legal effect. Each Bidder shall be responsible for determining that it has received all Addenda issued and shall acknowledge receipt of all Addenda on the Addendum Acknowledgment Form and the Bidder shall list therein all written Addenda {date(s) of issuance and number(s)} issued by the CITY The Bidder to whom a contract is offered, must furnish to the City, if that contract has a total cost greater than $50,000.00, a 100 percent Performance Bond with a surety, and in a form, acceptable to the City. In the City's sole discretion, it may also require a 100 percent Payment Bond and/or other additional security with a surety, and in a form, acceptable to the City.
