All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bid Documents must be submitted to the CITYS Procure Ware website by January 13, 2023, 2:00 PM The items to be procured consist of: ( 2 ) - 350 Ton Air Cooled Chillers o Waterbury Arts Magnet School (WAMS) ( 2 ) - 225 Ton Air Cooled Chillers o Palace Theater CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 1/13/2023 2:00 PM Complete instructions for filing Bids are included in the Instructions to Bidders. After review of the factors set forth in the Instructions to Bidders, the City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to make an award, or to decline to make an award. Contact the Office of the Director of Purchasing; at 203-574-6748 for further information. Bids must be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope and plainly marked with the name of the Project Title (WAMS/Palace Air Cooled Chillers) and shall contain the name and address of the Bidder on the envelope
