Site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and for the construction of a bridge / tunnel.
The purpose of this solicitation is to secure a contract on construction of the bridge and approaches on Harvard Avenue over Posey Creek in Tulsa County. Questions Deadline: 9/3/2021 5:00:00 PM All questions and substitution requests for this bid must be directed via email to the Tulsa County Procurement Department at bidquestions@tulsacounty.org no later than 5:00 PM CST September 3, 2021. Bids over $50,000.00 shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond approved by the County in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will enter into a contract with the Board of County Commissioners of Tulsa County for the execution of the above-state work, and in the event of failure to do so, there shall be paid to the County the sum of five percent (5%) of said bid as liquidated damages. The bid bond must have duly executed Power of Attorney attached to show the individual signing the bond has been granted the authority by the Surety. The Tulsa County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or minor irregularities in any bid. All bids will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin or handicap status.
