Renovation of a residential development in Wayzata, Minnesota. Working plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
As of February 7 2023 this project is in working drawings complete but not fully funded. Wayzata is seeking a qualified consultant to provide Architectural Design Services for the rehabilitation of the historic Section Foreman House, on the lakefront in downtown Wayzata. The scope of work will include traditional architectural design services including Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), Construction Documents (CD) and Construction Administration (CA). The design process will be jointly led by the city in partnership with the Wayzata Conservancy. The design and construction process will be a traditional design-bid-build process and construction services will be procured through a public bidding process led by the city. Questions may be submitted by email to Emily Goellner, egoellner@wayzata.org. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
