Pursuant to the repeal of Indiana Code 5-16-7, effective July 1, 2015, common construction wages are not required on this project. The Indianapolis Airport Authority's overall goal for supplier diversity participation (M/W/VBE) on this project is a combined goal of 10%. This includes Minority Owner Business Enterprises ("MBE"), Women Owner Business Enterprises("WBE") and Veteran Owned Business Enterprises("VBE") participation The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract This work includes construction of various containment items for the Maintenance Building Pavement Rehabilitations at the Indianapolis Metropolitan Airport, located in Fishers, Indiana; and the Indianapolis Regional Airport, located in Greenfield, Indiana. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to: o Mill and Overlay of Asphalt Pavement o Asphalt Patching (Partial Depth and Full Depth) o Asphalt Paving o Installation of Drainage Pipes and Structures (Indianapolis Metropolitan Airport Only) o Minor Grading and Seeding (Indianapolis Metropolitan Airport Only) The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and material necessary to complete the work
