Owner seeks for Respondents to outline how it would offer services based upon the following Project parameters: A) Site Location: Fall Creek Intermediate School B) The Hamilton Southeastern School Corporation is anticipating the renovation of Fall Creek Intermediate. Located at 12011 Olio Road, Fishers Indiana, FCI was originally constructed in 1998. FCI is currently 137,218 square feet on 23.21 acres of land. As part of the Building and Grounds 10-year plan, the School Corporation has allocated funds for the renovation of FCI (the "Project"). HSE anticipates the start of construction on the building in May 2024. The CMc cost of the Project is anticipated to be approximately $28,900,000. C) The School Corporation is currently going through the RFP process to select an architect with a recommendation anticipated on September 19, 2023. D) The CMC Cost of the Work budget for the project is approximately $28,900,000. E) The project delivery method shall be Construction Manager as Constructor (CMC). Additional requirements are present in Exhibit B. If Owner makes a written determination that funds are not appropriated or otherwise available to support continuation of performance of the arrangement, the contract may be canceled.
