Award details will be available November 2021* Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of approximately 3,064 linear feet of 24-in ductile iron water main, 677 linear feet of 16-inch ductile iron water main, 30 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron water main, 20 linear feet of 8-inch ductile water main, valve/fittings, and 4 fire hydrants for the Overlook Parkway Water Main Extension Project, SAWS Job No. 20-7003. The project contains approximately 677 linear feet of 16-inch ductile iron water main to be installed within an existing variable width water easement and will tap into an existing 24-inch water main. The project includes approximately 40 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron water main, 31 linear feet of 8-inch ductile water main, valve/fittings, and 5 fire hydrants. The SMWVB goal on this project is20% Anticipated Notice to Proceed date is November 1, 2021; Work shall be completed in full 330 within consecutive calendar days.
