Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a road / highway.

Phased upgrades and repairs to the facilities located in the Old Port of Montreal. The scope of the project includes the reconfiguration of the entrances leading to the King-Edward, Jacques-Cartier and Horloge quays. These entrances will be an extension of Old Montreal towards the river and will improve pedestrian traffic between the site and Old Montreal. In addition, the promenade connecting Quay King-Edward to Quay de l'Horloge will also be redeveloped in order to replace certain concrete areas with trees and grassy lands. The scope of the project also includes the renovation of the structures existing in this area. Note. The value of the construction program is preliminary estimated as high as $50M. TIMELINE: The project is implemented by the construction manager by construction packages. First construction package is now being tendered and followed in the report under CRM ID name Foundation Insulation and Waterproofing. Subsequent package tenders will be followed in new separate reports if/when related tenders are issued. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
