Renovation of a detention facility in Faribault, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility; and 101,947-square-foot detention facility.
The work will be accomplished through multiple contracts with Rice County, with Contegrity Group Inc. acting as the Construction Manager. The following categories of work will be bid (subject to change): Demolition/Earthwork/Utilities, Exterior Improvements, Landscaping, Concrete, Pre Cast Concrete, Masonry, Steel Erection, Carpentry, Casework, Roofing, Metal Wall Panels, Joint Sealants, Aluminum Frames/Windows & Glazing, Overhead Doors, Gypsum Board, Tile, Acoustical Treatments, Flooring, Epoxy Flooring, Painting, Folding Panels Partitions, Food Service Equipment, Laundry Equipment, Detention Equipment, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC Piping, HVAC, Controls, Testing/Adjusting & Balancing, Electrical, Communications, and Security Electronics.
