Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Faribault, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes approximate quantities of major items as follows: Concrete Curb and Gutter - 600 LF Concrete Sidewalk - 1250 SF All work is to be done in accordance with the MnDOT Standard Specifications for Construction - 2020 Edition, the City Engineers Association of Minnesota Standard Specifications - 2018 Edition, and the Special Provisions. Please call the City Engineer if you have any questions at (507) 333-0360. ONLY REGISTERED PLANHOLDERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO BID PROJECT. To become a registered plan holder and to bid electronically, you must create an account electronically. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of 30 days.
