Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Faribault, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes approximate quantities of major items as follows: Mill Bituminous Pavement - 38,275 SY Bituminous Mixture - 7,700 TN Replace/Adjust Casting - 60 EA Relocate Street Light - 3 EA Ornamental Lighting - 11 EA Concrete Curb and Gutter - 3,025 LF Concrete Sidewalk/Driveways - 15,500 SF Bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of the City of Faribault for at least 5% of the total bid amount. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of 30 days.
