Renovation of a municipal facility in Belchertown, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Roof Replacement at Town of Belchertown Old Town Hall, 28 Park Street, Belchertown, MA 01007. 1. The General Contractor for this project will be responsible for the following scope of work items: a. Provide and install all staging, lifting, hoisting, and protection. b. The owner will be hiring their own mason to repair the brick chimney on the east end of the building. The mason will be providing and installing the necessary counterflashing where the chimney intersects the roof. The roofer (for this project) will be providing and installing the necessary base flashing. The roofer is responsible for coordination of his work with the mason.
