Neither the Housing Authority nor the Architect will be held accountable for any oral interpretations, corrections, or changes. 4.4 Addenda must be acquired electronically at Projectdog.com. Each individual or firm recorded as having taken a set of Contract Documents will be notified by email when addenda are issued. Hard copies of addenda will not be mailed or faxed. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Bidder to ascertain the existence of any and all addenda. 4.5 Copies of addenda will be made available for inspection at the locations listed in the Advertisement where Contract Documents are on file.
