Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
The successful bidder for this project with be required to provide labor, equipment and materials (except for the Runway Safe Group Supplied Materials) to remove all the existing EMASMAX seam seal, side coating, and side vents. Remove all adhesive, exposing the original block plastic cover. Resealing of all seams and sides of the EMASMAX with in-gap caulk and self- adhesive Eternabond side coating. Replacing side vents. Please read the statement of work carefully, to understand number of personnel, equipment, materials and processes required to successfully complete this project. Title VI Solicitation Notice: The City, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this Invitation to Bid, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the Work within 60 calendar days from the date of commencement stated in the written Notice to Proceed
