Salt Lake County invites bidders to bid on remodel of a portion of the existing Public Visiting and Administrative offices within the second level receiving Lobby. Security hardening, walls, ballistic glass, security screening station and various remodeling elements of the Adult Detention Center. The bonding range for this project is $275,000 to $375,000. The question end date has been extended to Friday September 17, 2021, at 2:00 pm MT (a) The Contractor will have 120 calendar days to complete the project (b) The Contractor will conduct a punch list walk with the County no later than 15 calendar days prior to the expiration of the Contract Time (c) The Contractor will have 15 calendar days to complete punch list items (d) There will be a $250.00 charge per calendar day for liquidated damages
