Work includes removing the existing window assemblies, replacing exterior metal building trim found around the windows, and installing specified wall flashing as detailed within construction document details and specs. Interior work is limited to the demoed window areas, where detailed trim work should cover all damaged finish wall areas. GC crewmen will require security training and screening to work on site. Due to this projects funding type, construction must be completed with final invoice provided to DMVA by March 1, 2022.
