A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Reference Number 0000398809 Pump Stations 1, 2, and 3 of Aurora Water's North Campus/Prairie Waters Project system move raw water from the North Campus Wellfield, roughly near Ft. Lupton, down to the Aurora Reservoir. With the expansion of water collection systems at the North Campus, so too will an expansion of our pumping capacities be required for each of the three pump stations to maintain a healthy firm pumping capacity in our system. The City of Aurora, Colorado, acting by and through its Utility Enterprise, Aurora Water ("City" or "Aurora Water") issued this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to solicit proposals ("Proposals") from firms and/or contractors ("Proposers", "Contractors" or "Firms") interested in contracting to serve as the Construction Manager General Contractors ("CM/GC") for the PWP Pump Station Expansion project ("Project"). The purpose of this RFP is to determine the most qualified Proposer (the "Selected Proposer") to be awarded the CM/GC contract for the Project ("CM/GC Contract"). 11/7/2025 Completed Award of Contract Question Deadline 10/13/2025 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, All questions shall be submitted to Justin Montes, Project Manager at jmontes@auroragov.org and to Nathan Jones, Procurement Supervisor, at njones@auroragov.org .
