Renovation of a library in Sierra Madre, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
As of October 22, 2021, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. -Remove the basement windows on south side of building, frame and stucco to seal up wall -Remove and replace any rotting fascia boards and wood around trim of windows. -Primer and paint fascia, window and door trim of the whole building (2 - colors TBD). -Patch and Paint the exterior stucco walls (color TBD). -Replace rear West side exterior exit door solid and fire rated with frame as necessary, primer and paint to match trim. -Replace rear East side exterior exit door solid and fire rated with frame as necessary, primer and paint to match trim. -Replace door hardware on both exit doors for emergency exit panic bars and hydraulic closing mechanism. -Rain gutters with down spouts to be replaced to match existing, same color as trim.
