Project Overview This project involves the conversion of two existing tennis courts into four regulation pickleball courts, adhering to USA Pickleball Association (USAPA) standards. The objective is to optimize the existing space to meet the increasing demand for pickleball facilities. 2. Site Assessment Surface Evaluation: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current court surfaces to identify structural issues such as cracks, depressions, or surface delamination. Utilize non-destructive testing methods where applicable to determine subsurface integrity. Dimensional Verification: Confirm that the existing court dimensions can accommodate four pickleball courts, each measuring 20 feet in width and 44 feet in length, with a preferred total playing area of 30 feet by 60 feet per court.
