Site Assessment o Surface Evaluation: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current court surfaces to identify structural issues such as cracks, depressions, or surface delamination. Utilize non-destructive testing methods where applicable to determine subsurface integrity. o Dimensional Verification: Confirm that the existing court dimensions can accommodate four Pickleball courts, each measuring 20 feet in width and 44 feet in length, with a preferred total playing area of 30 feet by 60 feet per court. 3. Design and Layout o Court Configuration: Develop a detailed layout plan positioning two Pickleball courts per existing tennis court, ensuring compliance with USAPA guidelines. Include considerations for player movement and safety zones. o Line Markings: Create precise schematics for court markings, ensuring clear differentiation between Pickleball and any residual tennis lines. Specify line widths and colors that provide optimal contrast and visibility 4.
