Consideration at the Warrior Run Borough Council Meeting on August 8, 2022 at 7:00 P.m. At the Warrior Run Borough Municipal Building, Bids Are Invited for the Following Contract: Warrior Run Borough 2021 Community Development Program Chestnut Street Road and Storm Sewer Improvements Project Only plan holders that are on file at the office of the engineer shall be considered responsible bidders. BID SECURITY in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to submit a payment bond for 100% of the contract amount and a performance bond for 100% of the contract amount within 15 days of the contract being awarded. The successful bidder will also be required to submit a two-year maintenance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount The Labor and Standards, Wage Determination Decision and Anti-Kickback regulations (29 CFR, Part 3) issued by the Secretary of Labor are included in the contract documents of this project and govern all work under the contracts.
