DASNY is soliciting bids for the parking lot resurfacing at Capital District DDSO, Adirondack Day Hab located at 200 Smith Drive, Corinth New York. The project's primary scope of work is the removal of the existing asphalt concrete pavement and subbase material, providing new subbase with fine grading and new asphalt concrete pavement. Also included in the scope of work is replacement of underground conduits and wiring to the existing site light poles, replacement of light fixtures, new oil water separator and connection to the existing storm water piping. Additional scope items are signage, parking striping, curb cuts, & turf restoration. One General Construction Contract will be awarded with an estimate of $750,000 - $775,000. The project is scheduled to be substantially complete on or before July 1st, 2022.
