Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Merced, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Parking Lot and Drainage Improvements at the Merced Armory. Work to include: repairs, expansion, replacement and excavation of organizational parking areas, security fencing installation, and drainage gutters in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirement The prime contractor MUST possess a A General Engineering Contractor's license. The Government Estimate for this project is $1,100,000.00. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to The Contracting Officers Representative (COR) Fred Delucchi, at fred.a.delucchi.civ@mail.mil and Captain Myles Colendich at myles.p.colendich.mil@mail.mil no later than 4:00 P.M. on September 6th. If an addendum is necessary it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be held on September 21st, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.
