Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Central Point, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Estimate : $275,000 - $325,000 This project consists of paving, striping, sidewalk, ADA ramp, crosswalk, storm drainage, minor utilities, irrigation system, and landscaping improvements and modifications along the west side of Highway 99 beginning at the intersection of Hazel Street and Cherry Street. This is a City funded project. Bidders must be prequalified in order to be eligible for award. Pre-qualification may be with the City of Central Point, City of Medford, or the Oregon Department of Transportation. If the bidder is disqualified in any of these jurisdictions, the bidder will be ineligible for this contract. Award of contract will not be final until the later of: 1) three business days after the City of Central Point announces Notice of Intent to Award, or 2) the City of Central Point provides a written response to each timely protest, denying the protest and affirming the award. On all projects, work performed by the Contractor's own organization must be at least 30% of the awarded contract amount.
