The extent of the work consists of construction of 90' of new 6" diameter water main on West Union Street, replacement of 60' of 6" diameter water main at the Stone Street and Locust Street intersection, replacement of a storm drain line near the water main crossing at Stone Street and Locust Street, and replacement of approximately 140' of gravity sanitary sewer on West Thompson Street. Bids will be considered by the City Council at its regular meeting at 7:00 P.M. on September 14, 2021 at City Hall, 505 Larrabee Street, Clermont, Iowa. The City of Clermont reserves the right to reject any and all bids Commence the work on this project on or before a date to be specified in a written notice to proceed by the Jurisdiction, and to obtain substantial completion by December 3, 2021. Seeding shall be completed by May 20, 2022
