2025 Traffic Signal Upgrades Project The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. However, the City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities that may be in the best interest of the City All materials shall be ordered no later than November 15, 2025 Contact Katie Eickholt at keickholt@sioux-city.org or 712-224-602 with questions. City Project Number 7100-139-027 Bid shall include all materials as specified in the Iowa SUDAS 8010 - Traffic Signals Section 2.05 A. Vehicle Traffic Signal Head Assembly. Additional notes in addition to this in reference to this section are as follows. Additional note for 1.a. - Housing shall be black in color. Additional note for 3. - Lense color configuration can be found in the information attached. Additional note for 6.c. - Backplates shall include retroreflective sheeting. Additional note for 7. - Mounting Hardware shall be universally adjustable. 6th Street & Nebraska Street Upgrade to 12-inch lenses, add retroreflective sheeting to signal backplates. 5th Street & Wesley Parkway Upgrade to 12-inch lenses, add retroreflective sheeting to signal backplates. Floyd Boulevard and Outer Drive Upgrade to 12-inch lenses, add retroreflective sheeting to signal backplates, remove permissive left 6th Street and Hoven Drive Upgrade to 12-inch lenses, add retroreflective sheeting to signal backplates.
