Brief description of the work: In general, the project consists of redeveloping two medical imaging rooms to allow the replacement of imaging devices. The works, without limitation, are summarized: - In architecture: replacement of flooring, replacement of leaded doors, painting; - In mechanics: installation of fan coils and a condenser on the roof, replacement of air distribution, grilles and diffusers, replacement of thermostats and addition of control points in the remote management system; - In electricity: replacement of transformers, installation of wiring to power new imaging devices, replacement of light fixtures, modifications to comply with CSA Z32 standard for intermediate care areas; - In structure; repair of a crack in the slab, demolition of the slab for the creation of a trench for the electric cables, drilling of foundation walls for the passage of electric cables, scarification of the slab, relocation of a patient lift rail. Work completion time: 22 weeks, including a 5-week period between phases 2 and 3.
