The duration of the work will be approximately 20 weeks. CONDITION : Only general contractors or specialized contractors for this type of work having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and holding the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, cB-1.1). INFORMATION : Interested parties may obtain tender documents from the Electronic Tendering Service by contacting one of the representatives by telephone at 1 866 669-7326 or by consulting the website . The documents can be obtained at the cost established by Electronic Tendering Service. TENDER GUARANTEE: In the form of a surety bond by an authorized company, equivalent to 10% of the bid amount or in the form of a certified cheque, money order, bank draft payable to the Office d'habitation de la Haute-Yamaska-Rouville, irrevocable letter of guarantee for the benefit or bonds payable to bearer. These must be issued or guaranteed by the government of Quebec or Canada and the term must not exceed five years.
