With his bid, the bidder must provide a bid bond of a value at least equal to $5,000 in the form of a certified check drawn on a Canadian chartered bank or a credit union doing business in Quebec, payable to the MRC de La Haute-Yamaska, a bank draft or an irrevocable bank letter of guarantee issued by one or other of these institutions. The tenderer must have an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to the RCM of La Haute-Yamaska according to the conditions of the call for tenders.
