PENNDOT # 21-13401.001, 21-13401-001 (31186.03) Estimated Budget ; $40K to $45K The project includes roadway milling and bituminous overlay and other roadway improvements along Hazle Street and Goose Alley in Beaver Meadows Borough. Additional Alternate Bid roadway repairs at other locations are included in the bid. The items of work are identified more specifically in the Project Specifications. Bid results will be available electronically A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of Beaver Meadows Borough, negotiable US Government Bonds (at par value), or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable surety in the amount of 10% of the Total Bid of construction shall be submitted with each bid. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. Pennsylvania Wage Rates apply for the project for bids greater than $100,000.
