Renovation of a municipal facility in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Town of Bay Harbor Islands, Florida, is accepting sealed Bids for the Audio Video (AV) Chambers Upgrade Project. The Town Bay Harbor Islands is a vibrant, affluent community of approximately 6,000 residents located on two islands in northern Biscayne Bay. The Town connects to the barrier island at Bal Harbour Village and the Town of Surfside to the east and to the mainland City of North Miami at 125th Street, by a series of 4 bridges maintained by the Town of Bay Harbor Islands. The Town employs approximately 60 civilian employees and 23 police officers. The Town is requesting proposals to setup a new A/V system for the Town Council Chambers. This will include new DSP's, microphones, relevant power amplifiers and audio interfaces, line conditioning and proper cabling. There will be new hardware for recording and streaming live hybrid meetings, including High Definition (HD) cameras, as well as relevant video interfaces, new TV displays, capture devices and necessary software.
