Demolition and renovation of a medical facility in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and for the demolition of a medical facility.
Renovations to the Deschamps and Lachapelle pavilions of the Hospital. The scope of the project includes upgrades and repairs to the building ventilation and air conditioning systems (2nd floor going up) - Package 1. The works include: selective demolition, addition of new air handling units, evacuators and recovery units, centralization of certain air handling units, expansion of ventilation shafts and other related work. TIMELINE: Taking into consideration the urgency of the work, the owner has subdivided the project into construction packages and awarded following an invited sub trade tender 736325/20014387 a contractor for ventilation upgrade work. Construction started. Construction started. Subsequent sub trade tenders will be followed when they are issued in new separate reports.
