Renovation of a multi-residential development in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a three-story above grade multi-residential development.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to an owner's municipal residential complex. The scope of the project includes masonry repairs, replacement of doors and windows, addition of sheds on site, waterproofing of foundations and addition of footings to columns in the crawl space at Petite-Bourgogne dwellings located at the following addresses: 2526, 2528 , 2530, 2532, 2534, 2536, 2538, 2540, 2542, 2544, 2546 and 2548 Coursol Street and 2570 to 2598 Quesnel Street in the Sud-Ouest borough of Montreal. TIMELINE: The project is implemented by construction packages. Construction related to the structures located on Quesnel Street are being tendered and followed in the report under CRM ID name Envelope Repairs and Related Work. Subsequent package tenders will be followed if/when they are issued in new separate reports. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
