Borough of High Bridge (the "Borough") is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide: golf course operation, management, and maintenance services ("O & M Services") and golf shop operation and concession ("Golf Shop Services" and, together with O&M Services, the "Services") High Bridge Hills Golf Course located in the Borough, Clinton Township and Lebanon Township, Hunterdon County, New Jersey for a term commencing on January 1, 2022 and ending on December 31, 2026. The intent of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to select an individual or firm to provide the Services consistent with the terms hereof. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing to the Project Representative: Frances Ciesla McManimon, Esq, fmcmanimon@msbnj.com. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 et seq. by a selection committee appointed by the Borough (the "Selection Committee"). The Selection Committee will review each Proposal, and may, if necessary, conduct interviews with one or more of the Respondents as part of the final selection process. Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et. seq. Proposals may not be modified after submittal. Respondents may withdraw Proposals at any time prior to the opening of Proposals, by submitting a written request to: Frances Ciesla McManimon, Esq, fmcmanimon@msbnj.com prior to the time designated for Proposal opening. No Proposal may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after Proposal opening. The Borough will award a contract for the Services or reject all Proposals within sixty (60) days of receipt of the Proposals unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
