No definite date for the rebid.** Rehabilitation of the Barn at the High Bridge Hills Golf Course Notice is hereby given that the Borough of High Bridge, in the County of Hunterdon, New Jersey (the "Borough") has issued a Request for Proposals dated August 16, 2024 (the "RFP") in connection with the rehabilitation of the barn at the High Bridge Hills Golf Course (the "Golf Course") into an event venue. In July, 1995, the Borough designated the entire Borough as an Area in Need of Rehabilitation, including the property identified as Block 20, a portion of Lots 1 and 1.01 on the Borough's tax map (the "Project Area"), pursuant to the New Jersey Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq. The Borough adopted a redevelopment plan dated May 5, 2021 for the Project Area, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Borough Clerk and included in the RFP. The Borough has issued the RFP to identify prospective redevelopers for the (i) design, repair and renovation of the barn located on the Project Area into a first-class event venue within the existing footprint of the barn, including electrical, structural and cosmetic improvements, appropriate landscaping and hardscaping; (ii) refurbishing and landscaping the Golf Course's existing parking lot to be more efficient and functional; and (iii) the extension of the water main from the clubhouse to the barn and the sewer main if required. The RFP provides respondents with the opportunity to also provide (i) a proposal to undertake and finance certain interior and exterior improvements to the clubhouse at the Golf Course as identified in the RFP; and/or (ii) a proposal to assume the food and beverage services at the Golf Course as described in the RFP.
