Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Centralia, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a 15,416-square-foot, 16-bed medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

Solicitation no- 537-20009 Maple Lane School campus located at 20311 Old Hwy 9 SW in Centralia, Washington (site). All Work provided by BP-12 shall be wiped down, wiped out, cleaned with labels removed (except UL labels) just prior to punch-list. . Provide coordination with Electrical and Plumbing contractors for installation of utilities and raceways within casework. Casework must allow for concealment of utilities and maintenance access. Provide protection of counter tops immediately following installation. Protection shall be affixed to counter to prevent debris from getting under it and scratching the surface. Protection shall consist of Masonite or thick cardboard. Prior to punch-list, BP-12 is responsible to remove and dispose of the protection and wipe down the surface in accordance with final cleaning requirements. Provide fire treated plywood at MDF/IDF rooms (ref electrical drawings). . Provide solid surface counter tops, including integral sinks. BP-12 Trade Contractor shall provide holes for plumbing fixtures at locations provided by the plumbing Trade Contractor. The GC/CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities on the bids received. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the base bid amount is required on all bids exceeding $300,000. All bid packages $300,000 or greater require payment and performance bonds on the forms provided in Section 005213 - Form of Contract Deadline for questions is September 3rd, 2021, at 5pm. Final Addendum if any will be issued no later than September 1.0th, 202.1.
