THIS PROJECT AIMS TO CREATE A 8'-0" HIGH SECURITY FENCING SYSTEM UTILIZING MINI-MESH ANTI-CLIMB FABRIC AROUND THE EXISTING PHARMACY BUILDING. NEW FENCING SYSTEM WILL ALSO INCLUDE A NEW AUTOMATIC SLIDING VEHICLE GATE WITH ACCESS CONTROLS AND A MANUAL SWING PEDESTRIAN GATE WITH ACCESS CONTROLS. THE PROJECT WILL ALSO INCLUDE TWO MANUAL SWING VEHICLE GATES WITHOUT ACCESS CONTROLS TIME FOR COMPLETION: Contract Time - The undersigned hereby agrees to Substantially Complete all the work under the Base Bid (and accepted Alternates) within seventy (70) calendar days after the date of Notice to Proceed. Final Completion - All the Work shall be fully and finally completed in accordance with the contract documents within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
