Site work for an educational facility in Pahokee, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The purpose and intent of this Invitation to Bid is to secure prices and establish at One-time Contract to Provide and Install Bleachers at Pahokee High School, as specified herein. The successful bidder (hereinafter referred to as the contractor) shall furnish, at their expense, to include, but not be limited to, all labor, supervisors, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, transportation, and other services necessary to fully complete the Bleacher Replacement project at Pahokee High School, at 900 Larrimore Rd., Pahokee, FL 33476, as described herein. Successful bidder shall remove and dispose of existing bleachers. Provide and install new electric bleachers with modular plastic seats, handrails and end rails where needed to match the existing sizes. Project to include all electrical work needed to hook up bleachers from existing power supply J box. The successful bidder shall provide all permitting documents needed to obtain School District building permit. All work shall be in accordance with plan documents, specifications, purchase order and District Master Specifications
