Renovation of a municipal facility in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking proposals from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to provide construction services at the Polk Building, located at 8200 South Palm Drive, Pembroke Pines, FL 33025, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation. The City anticipates utilizing State Appropriated funds for this project thus, this project will follow federal guidelines, including Davis-Bacon Act Wage Determinations. In addition, this project may also receive federal funds. Question Deadline 05/21/2024 at 11:30 AM ET Intent to Bid Due Date: Jun 4th 2024, 2:00 PM EDT The City Commission of the City of Pembroke Pines reserves the right to reject any and all proposals; to waive any and all informalities or irregularities, and to reject all or any part of any proposal as they may deem to be in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Pembroke Pines. The initial meeting location will be at the Public Services Building, Large Conference Room, located at 8300 S. Palm Drive, Pembroke Pines, FL 33025. After the initial meeting in the Public Services Building, Large Conference Room, we will conduct a site visit to the Polk Building. The Polk Building is adjacent to the Public Services Building. The Polk Building is located at 8200 South Palm Drive, Pembroke Pines, FL 33025.
