Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work includes, but not to be limited to: o Lighting Improvements for pedestrian safety. o Additional bus shelter and amenities. o Bicycle racks. o One pedestrian crossing at the Taylor Street storm water retention area. This project is funded via a Federal Transportation Administration grant, the City of Hollywood is a sub-recipient of the FTA grant via the Broward County MPO. The project is subject to the Davis Bacon Act, the Department of Labor Prevailing wage Determination rates required are listed as Exhibit G. The Grant sub-recipient agreement and FTA grant agreement conditions are part of this contract. The work limits under the FTA grant section 5307 include the Hollywood Boulevard/SR7 intersection and nearby bus bays, and north along the Linear Park to Fillmore Street.
