The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. State Certified Minority and Women-Owned firms are encouraged to submit bids on this project as a prime contractor or through a prime contractor. Bidders shall assure that they have obtained complete set of specifications and Contract Documents and shall assume the risk of any errors or omissions in blds prepared in reliance on incomplete sets of specifications and Contract Documents. The Specified construction period Is 240 calendar days. The State of Indiana reserves the right to reject any and all bids. A goal of 7% MBE and 5% WBE has been set for this project.
