CHANGES AND/OR EXCEPTIONS TO THE CITY OF BURBANK GENERAL ERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL DISQUALIFY YOUR BID AND YOUR ORGANIZATION/COMPANY WILL BE CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE. BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY TO BE ACCEPTED. BIDDERS MUST PROVIDE THEIR PRICING INFORMATION VIA PLANETBIDS. BIDDER MUST ALSO PROVIDE THE BIDDER'S PROPOSAL SHEETS AS A GENERAL ATTACHMENT VIA PLANETBIDS. BIDS OR FORMS NOT RECEIVED BY THE DEADLINE WILL BE CONSIDERED AS NON-RESPONSIVE.
