Request for Proposals Construction Services for District Improvements Lee County, Florida Stoneybrook North Community Development District (the District) hereby requests proposals to provide services relating to the following: Brightwater, Phase 3, North Ft. Myers, Florida Request for proposals to provide services relating to lake excavation, embankment, stormwater, roadways, potable water, and sanitary sewer systems. The CDD has the right to reject any and all proposals, make modifications to the work, and waive any minor informalities and irregularities in proposals as it deems appropriate, if it determines in its discretion that it is in the best interest of the CDD to do so. Ranking of proposals will be made based on qualifications according to the evaluation criteria contained within the Bid Package. Any and all questions relative to this project shall be directed in writing only to Banks Engineering, 10511 Six Mile Cypress Parkway, Suite #101, Ft. Myers, FL 33966 or via e-mail to smarshall@bankseng.com and jsheppard@bankseng.com no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 7th, 2021. Proposals will be opened at the time and date stipulated above; those received after the time and date stipulated above will be returned to the proposer. Any proposal not completed as specified or missing the required proposal documents as provided in the Bid Package may be disqualified.
