Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Fort Myers, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The project consists of a new 184,060 SF, ground up tilt-wall facility including an indoor firing range, K9 kennels, evidence and vehicle processing, detention holdings, offices, and a state-of-the-art command center. Pre-qualification requirements: Bids will only be accepted from Prequalified Firms utilizing the required Form of Proposal included in the Bid Package. M/WBE Subcontractors & Suppliers are encouraged to participate. The MBE/WBE goal for this project is 15%. Payment & Performance Bonds may be required.
