The City of Montrose is requesting formal bids through the Invitation for Bid process to complete the Birch Street Bridge Replacement Project. During the course of this request process, from issuance until a recommendation for award, Bidders shall not initiate contact related to this request with anyone other than the officially designated individual: For this bid the contact is Josh Sickles at (719) 671-1610 or email: jsickles@cityofmontrose.org The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or informalities and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional bids.
