Wage Rates: Apply Engineer's Estimate: Greater than $500K but less than or equal to $1.5M Project Location: Polk Avenue; 36th Street to Franklin The principal items of work are as follows (for all items of work see attachment): Drainage Pipe - 18 inch, Reinforced Concrete, Leak-Resistants HMA - 1/2 inch (PG 64-34) Perpendicular/Parallel Pedestrian Access Ramp Each bidder must submit an electronic bid bond from an approved surety company using UDOT's Electronic Bid System (EBS); or in lieu thereof, cash, certified check, or cashier's check for not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the Utah Department of Transportation, showing evidence of good faith and a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the contract bonds as required. The right to reject any or all bids is reserved.
