Renovation of a municipal facility in Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Question Submission Close Date 4/21/2022 3:00 PM MDT Replace chilled water piping from CW pumps in mechanical room up to chilled water coils and re-pipe chilled water coils with new valves, strainers, specialties, etc. Replace heating water piping throughout the building, the existing heating water expansion tank, air separator, system pumps, coil pumps, etc. Upgrade 2 AHU fan sections with fan walls, including electrical and controls Replace the chilled water coils and heating water coils in the 2 air handling units Re-balance all of the coils throughout the building upon completion Coordinate with Solarc for their Cx services and efforts Only Firms Pre-qualified During Stage I of the Rfs Are Allowed to Bid on This Project
