The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to (complete an updated Impact Fees Facility Plans (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) For the following utilities A. Storm Water B. Public Roadway System C. Public Trail System D. Public Sewer System It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to (a single consultant/consulting team.) This RFP is designed to provide interested offerors with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting minimum requirements, but is not intended to limit a proposal's content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Offerors are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement. The County has a current Impact Fee IFFP and IFA, but with the increasing development and future growth we are looking to get these plans updated. Planning will have an updated master plan, projected to be completed by no later than October 1st, which will change the current plans that we have. Proposals must be received no later than the posted due date and time. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. All questions must be submitted through electronically. Answers will be given via the electronically . The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
