Renovation of an educational facility in Ogden, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting submittals for consultant services. Provide Construction Drawings & Specifications for renovation, swing space conversion and MEP upgrade to the existing 4,891sf Stadium House and adjoined 20,347sf SkySuites on the Weber State University, Ogden Campus. Provide new 30 year MEP design for both buildings that complies with WSU and DFCM energy and construction standards. Design for the removal of existing electrical and mechanical equipment. Design for the installation of new electrical service and panels. Design for and installation for new water cooled VRF mechanical system Convert unused locker room space into academic swing spaces. Programming for these converted spaces will be required but is anticipated to be minimal. ADA and Code review and design will be included as required.
